Work is in progress

Now that I've got a myspace page to get my music out to new ears, work on new material has slowed a bit. Okay it has completely halted. But I'm still near a guitar and if I have a few ideas I will get right to work on that melody that's floating around in my head.

Until then I'm resting my mind by listening to alot of metal and rock CD's that I haven't been able to listen to before because of the time consumption that it takes to put together a demo.

More than likely my next move is to perfect and mix "The grudge" and to find a vocal line, and to make lyrics to the song.

This will take alot of time as well. I've got a little girl to take care of so time is what I don't have. And whenever I start to record I'm always rushed to finish a certain part of a song I'm already working on.

More than likely, when a new song is put up, it will be another demo without lyrics.

Anyways, if your reading this, thank you, and feel free to give me suggestions about song titles, content, or lyrics. This music is for you. Whoever you happen to be. Thank you. I'll talk to you all later.

Thank you

I'd like to thank everyone who actually gave a fuck and commented on myspace about us. This musical project is just getting started. So stay tuned for updates about new songs being made and then check them out.

Once again thanks to all our myspace friends for listening to the song. That's all we wanted was an outlet.

I'm on myspace music!!!

I have now uploaded a track I have been working on for awhile and I have set up a myspace artist account. There you can listen to "The Grudge" without lyrics, but it is a full song. Remember I'm not that good at recording or mastering but I think I have okay writing skills at writing music.

Just go to my myspace page and check it out. There should be a link on this page. And support the metal on any form it comes in.

This is the Vampyr at play

Welcome and this is where you can find different music. Especially from Extreme Vampyr which is a heavy metal/rock project that I am coming up with.

I'm sure I'll have updates on this soon so check in later.

Major influences would be from Faith No More, Therapy?, Nirvana, Alice In Chains, Sentenced, Tool, Lamb of God, and others. It's really a blend of all my influences put together.

There is a sample of a track I am working on. You can hear it on our myspace page at myspace.com/extremevampyrmusic.

Thank you and keep in touch.
